ECA Donations
ECA Donations help our program pay assistant coaches, purchase team gear, purchase training equipment & program equipment, and pay for travel and tournament costs. All donations are GREATLY APPRECIATED and can be claimed on your taxes as a tax credit.
A tax credit is different from a deduction, because you may subtract the whole contribution from your Arizona state tax bill. An individual may contribute as much as $200, and a couple filing jointly may contribute as much as $400 to a public school and receive the money back in the form of a tax credit.

Eligibility Forms
Student-Athletes must complete the following:
- Physical Forms (Before each season)
- Register My Athlete (Before each season)
- Brainbook Concussion Course (Once in HS career)
- Transfer, 550, Form (Only for those students who have transferred from another high school to Westwood)
